Upon our first contact, a professional team member will be assigned to you. He or she will be your sole lead contact through Sales, Custom Designing, and the Production phases, providing a superior customer service that is "Second to None".

- Provide us with detailed information to include any artwork and your specifications/options by clicking on our Military Coin Quote Button in the menu navigation.
- A Professional Team Member will be assigned and will review the artwork provided and your specifications/options. A detailed quote will be generated and emailed to you within 24 hours for your review and approval.
- Upon approval of our quote, we will proceed to the first phase, which is Designing Your Proof. This process take approximately 2-3 days to complete, once completed you will receive the proof design via email for your review. If any changes need to be made, contact your professional Team Member with the details of the changes and he/she will have the designers complete and return to you within 1 day.
- Once you are completely satisfied and approve the proof design, we will proceed to the final phase which is going to full production for you Custom Designed Challenge Coins or Military Challenge Coins. This process takes approximately 18-21 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. Your Professional Team Member will send you a link to our Secure Online Payment Center to complete your order.
- Once production is complete we will ship to your location via UPS, FEDEX, APO or FPO. We offer free shipping to the Continental U.S. Only.
