Your Custom Deigned Military Challenge Coins - Challenge Coins are created starting with a vision of a detailed coin with etching and elegant colors and graphic designs. Although this process seems somewhat difficult to some to create, here at Coins Designed we have mastered this process
As soon as the Graphics Team completes the proof, your Lead Staff Member will send to you via email for your review. Upon receipt of the Proof Design, please review it carefully to ensure everything is correct according to the design and specifications. If you notice something needs to be corrected or would like something added to the design, email your Lead Staff Member with the corrections or additions and he or she will send to the Graphics Team for revision and send back upon completion.
Your Challenge Coin Proof Design is the most important piece in the process.. Once you have reviewed the Proof Design, and it meets your expectations, we will then proceed to the final phase, Production.
MILITARY CHALLENGE COIN PRODUCTION PROCESS
The 1st process in the Production Phase is creating the Die Cast Mold for the front and back of your Custom Designed Military Challenge Coin/Challenge Coin.
The Die Cast Mold process is designed using the approved Proof Design. This proceed takes several days to complete. Once completed, a sample is molded and examined (Quality Assurance) to ensure all the specifications of the design are correct in the Die Cast Mold.
Full production begins once the Die Cast has been approved. This process is very complex, and takes the most time to complete especially the painting process that is completed by hand, not machines.
Once your Custom Designed Military Challenge Coins/Challenge Coins are completed, they are examined to ensure they meet our strict Quality Assurance (QA) criteria. Upon passing the QA portion, they are then sent to packaging for shipment.

We have access to thousands of pieces of artwork in our library that we can modify to meet the expectations of yourself, your Command or Organization.
- Decide what size coin would meet the Artwork Specifications. We offer a 1.5", 1.75" and 2" traditional round shaped coins. Special Shaped Challenge Coins are very popular in today's market, we have the ability and knowledge to make just about any shape Challenge Coins.
- We offer 8 types of Metal Finishes to choose from, Copper - Antique Copper - Satin Silver - Antique Silver - Satin Gold - Antique Gold - Antique Bronze - Satin Nickel.

CHALLENGE COIN ARTWORK PROOF DESIGN PROCESS
Once you have agreed to our price, we will then proceed to the 1st Phase. Our Professional Graphics Team will begin designing your Military Challenge Coin/Challenge Coin to the exact specifications requested. This Design, called the "PROOF" will take approximately 2-3 days to complete, depending on the complexity of your design.
