- If you have a design, upload your Artwork and email to us. Write a small description of your Artwork in the Artwork description box. Once you have completed the form, click the submit button.
- Once we receive your Custom Coin Quote, a Professional Sales Staff Member will review your request and will reply to your requested quote.
WHAT ARE THE CUSTOM COIN ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?
Electronic camera ready artwork is preferred. You may submit artwork in one of the following formats: Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop 6.0, PDF, JPG, TIFF, and BMP. We also accept PC file format.
- Upon agreement of our quote, your artwork will be sent to our Design Team to start the design process of your coin. Our Design Team attention to detail is guaranteed down to your specific colors. We use the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM (PMS), a proprietary color system for choosing and matching specific spot colors.
- Once the proof is completed, a digital proof will be emailed to you for your review. Please insure you look over the proof very carefully, check spelling, color matching, and design.
- Reply as soon as possible, approving or disapproving the design. If changes need to be made, we will make the changes and we will re-send the proof for final approval.
- Upon approval, we request full payment prior to sending your custom coin into full production. You will be sent a link to our (Secure Payment Site) for payment.
- Production time will take about 21 days from the date the artwork was approved to completion.
- Shipping is Free (Continental US Only) For all International Shipping, rates will apply and is included in the quote request.

The Die cost is for the development of your Custom Coin mold that produces your design. This is a one-time cost only, unless the original designed is altered. Your Die is unique and will never be used to produce coins for re-sell without the approval of the originator. All Die’s are maintained for a period of 3 years, after 3 years if reproduction has not occurred, they are destroyed.
| WHAT ARE DIE STRUCK COINS? |
Die struck coins begin as a sheet of metal plating in the color of your choice. A custom die is created for your design then stamped onto the metal, leaving an impression on the sheet. To bring out the details of your die struck coin, the recessed areas are sandblasted to give contrast.

Upon approval of your proof design, you will be sent a link to our Secure Payment Center. Once you log in, you will see your proof design on the right side, you will also see the purchase price, click on add to cart and follow the directions to make your payment.
