Each order is uniquely created through a combined “TEAM GOAL”. There is no separation between any of our customers, all are treated with the same respect and will always be treated equally. You the customer are a very most important part of that “TEAM GOAL”. Coins Designed relies upon you for all the specific information in order to produce your specific custom designed coins. From our first contact in working together, each of us will have our own responsibilities. Coins Designed have included these responsibilities below. Coins Designed is responsible for:
- 100% Guarantee of our Custom Designed Coins. Coins Designed will guarantee each and every coin we produce with our 100% Quality Assurance Guarantee. We will replace at no additional charge to you, any defective custom coins. If your custom coin is defective, we require that you submit your written claim of defective coin to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "defect" or "defective" means a manufacturing error.
- Verification of Information. As part of our “TEAM GOAL” concept, you will receive a digital proof via e-mail of your final custom-made coin. This high-quality digital proof will allow you to spell check, verify color, size and make any additional changes or corrections prior to starting production.
- You’re Order Confirmation Process. Prior to start, Coins Designed, we will send you an order confirmation letter via email. The order confirmation email will contain a written specifications of the order we received (including pricing, type, size, quantity, colors, and the estimated production time), a finalized digital proof that you agreed upon (incorporating any additional changes or corrections), and a link to our terms and conditions page. Once the written specifications and finalized digital proof are reviewed and meet your satisfaction, email us with your approval via reply e-mail, and we will begin full production immediately.
- Production verification of your order. Upon obtaining your approval on your order confirmation described above, we will begin production of your order custom designed coin. Any large orders of 1000 or more and any specialty orders may require additional production time. Replacement orders are subject to the same production time frames as the original order. For more information, please speak to your sales staff representative. Your finished order will be shipped via UPS Priority International Air Service (at no additional cost to you for orders to be shipped to the United States) directly to the address you specify. For orders outside the United States, APO and other, addition charges could apply and time of arrival could be delayed.
On line Ordering System:
Coins Designed is committed to the “Total Security” of our customers. Our secure on line Payment Center gives our customers the convenience and peace of mind knowing their information is secured! Our “Team Goal” is that you, our customer find this secure system convenient to you. Security of your personal and financial information is of the utmost importance to us. Coins Designed assurance will be that your information is handled in the utmost secure fashion (please contact your salesperson to discuss our security procedures). We do request that you check and verify with your sales staff representative prior to processing an order to insure it could be manufactured and delivered by your due date as once an order has been placed it may not be canceled for any reason...
Customer Responsibilities:
- Ownership of any legal documents, including logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to Coins Designed, you hereby attest you have the legal rights to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also attest the production of any images you submit does not infringe upon other’s person/entity's property rights.
- Careful review proof provided. Coins Designed will provide you with a digital proof, carefully review the entire proof in detail. Attention to detail is the most importance. Insure your design you have chosen is correct in colors and detail. Insure the spelling of words you have chosen are also correct. If there are no changes or corrections to your proof, return your approval to us via email. Once you have reviewed the proof and make any corrections, we will again make the corrections and send to you for your approval. Once the final approval is made we will begin production of your custom made coin. Upon verification that you have approved your order, an approved order may not be canceled for any reason.
- Shipping. Coins Designed promise is that we will insure you have your product delivered to you on or before the date you specified for delivery. You must understand, however, that we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping which are beyond our control, such as inaccurate/undeliverable address information, U.S./Foreign Customs procedures, the mis routing of your package by UPS, or the unavailability of the addressee. In addition, Coins Designed could charge if the product is to be shipped to a location outside of the United States.
Sales finalized: Once verification of proofs is finalized and approved by the requesting customer for production, it may not be canceled for any reason.
Coins Designed will not issue refunds, give credits or offer discounts. As mentioned previously, if one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will replace the product at no additional charge to you. Coins Designed will require that you submit a written claim of the defective product to us within 30 days of receipt.
Disclaimer of Warranty. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS OF THE PRODUCTS WE MANUFACTURE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, USE OR EVENT.
If a legal dispute should arise, it is agreed that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute is Virginia Beach County, Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. That all prevailing parties are entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees before trial or hearing, during trial or hearing, after trial or hearing, and/or appeal. Should Coins Designed be named in a copyright/trademark infringement lawsuit arising out of Coins Designed, use of a copyright/trademark protected item provided by you for use in your product, you agree to indemnify Coins Designed for any damages and/or litigation-related expenses borne by Coins Designed.
All of the products displayed on this web site containing corporate logos and or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the reproduction capabilities of Coins Designed. Purchase of merchandise from Coins designed is in no way, grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you without the written permission of Coins Designed.
